I am immensely grateful for this opportunity to serve as your EASMC President. I hold a B.A. in International Studies, and an MAT in Secondary Education from California University of Pennsylvania. I recently completed my Administration and Supervision 1 certificate through NDMU. I started my career with SMCPS at Chopticon HS in 2010 teaching World Languages. When I attended SPARKS training in 2013 I began to truly understand how my Association works to support all staff members, and I slowly started to become more involved. I’ve rallied in Annapolis, and spoken at Board of Ed meetings and County Commissioner hearings. I became a building rep in 2017, and served as a member of your SY19-20 negotiations team. I strive to advocate for all members, and my goal is to find new ways to make our unified Association even stronger.
